Q: How do I make a Service Appointment?

Q: What if I am unable to bring my vehicle in during regular business hours?

A: Our service department offers a night drop box for off hours vehicle drop off. Just bring your vehicle to Colley Ford. Envelopes are provided – just outside the service department entrance door. Just fill out the information, put your keys in an envelope and drop through the mail slot. Park your car in the designated service drop off area. Also, for your convenience you can download and complete the Service Work Order prior to dropping off your vehicle.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle Service is available within city limits. Colley Ford has 2 shuttles that run daily from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our courteous, friendly shuttle drivers will take you to your destination and pick you up when your vehicle’s service is complete.
